Ang kemikal na komposisyon ng GCr15 ay may pare-parehong spcifications sa buong mundo.H.American AISI 52100,German DIN100Cr6,Japanese SUJ2.
Gumagamit din ito ng hindi kinakalawang na asero na may mahusay na anti-corrosive na pagganap ayon sa espesyal na aplikasyon. Mangyaring sumangguni sa Tab 2 para sa komposisyon ng kemikal.
